About Seebridge
Seebridge was founded in 2018 on a simple belief: technology should serve the mission, not the other way around. We provide strategic advisory that helps leaders see what AI makes possible — and build the organizational alignment to get there.
The gap between what AI can do and what most organizations are doing with it is enormous. Not because the technology is hard. Because the vision hasn't caught up.
We do not sell software. We do not resell vendor products. We bring independent, experienced perspective to help leaders make better decisions about technology — faster and with less risk.

Brant Richards, Founder
Brant Richards has spent three decades at the intersection of technology, business, and scale.
He studied Symbolic Systems at Stanford — the intersection of AI, human-computer interaction, linguistics, and cognitive science — as an American Physical Society Scholar under Nobel laureate Douglas Osheroff. He earned his MBA at IMD in Lausanne, Europe's top-ranked business school.
As Managing Director of Third Derivative at Rocky Mountain Institute, he led an ecosystem-based climate tech accelerator that mobilized over $500 million in capital for gigaton-potential technologies.
He co-founded Younicos in Berlin, where his team deployed Europe's first megawatt-scale grid battery and the world's first 100% renewable microgrid. He served as Entrepreneur in Residence at innogy (Germany's second-largest energy company), helping found and build their Innovation Hub and venture capital arm.
His early career bridged two worlds: product strategy at PepsiCo and Nestle across Latin America and the Caribbean, and interactive product design in Silicon Valley during the first wave of the internet. That dual foundation — scaling global brands and building at the edge of emerging technology — shaped everything that followed.
He founded Seebridge in 2018 to bring this same rigor — bridging startup agility with enterprise scale — to help corporate leaders navigate exponential technology.
